4C Conference 2020

We received a great flow of traffic to our stand at the 4C Environmental Conference in Austin this year again. Philip and Dave were delighted at the turn out and thoroughly enjoyed catching up with old and new customers alike, discussing how we can help find and address problem valves and providing live demonstrations of our Valve Condition Monitoring Equipment and Systems.

If you didn’t get the chance to speak to Philip or Dave at the event, or if you would just like to know more about the Equipment & Systems we have and what solutions they could offer you,  head over to the Contact Us section on our webpage now and we will get back in touch.4C 2020 -Grouped

Norwegian Sector North Sea Oil Production Platform’s V-MAP® System Extended

The manufacture and supply of hardware to expand one of our existing Norwegian Sector North Sea Oil Production Platform’s V-MAP® system has been completed with the client’s factory acceptance test (FAT) of the instrumentation cabinet being successfully certified.

On this project, “benchmarking” of the valve and actuator assemblies at the valve manufacturer’s works was also completed, to ensure all valves and actuators were functioning within the customer’s required specifications. This activity has also provided the project with ‘as new’ valve torque and actuator pressure profiles for comparison purposes over the valve assemblies’ life cycles.

Further offshore commissioning activities are scheduled for this project in Q2/Q3 of 2020.

The further expansion of this V-MAP® system again demonstrates our customers’ confidence in our V-MAP® system and the value they are gaining from it when coupled with Score’s extensive valve diagnostics knowledge and support.

V-MAP® Expansion Commissioned on North Sea Oil Production Platform

Score Diagnostics Limited recently successfully commissioned the expansion of one of our North Sea Offshore Platform Installations of V-MAP®, which added new valves from an existing platform and a newly constructed platform.

This brings the total number of valves monitored within this installation to 132. The feedback from our customer on this project has been excellent and they are looking forward to the enhanced Valve Insights™ that our system will provide them moving forward.VMAP Expansion - Grouped
